Shipping
Volt Systems provides FREE Local US Shipping and or Freight on all products listed. Shipments are usually processed 24-48 hours after completed purchase depending on what time puchased was made. Tracking is available upon demand. Please email support@volt-systems.com with any questions you may have. How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days from receipt of purchase.
1. Please email support@volt-systems.com to request a return and we will assign you a RMA.
2. Volt Systems will schedule the pick up for return. Have package ready with assigned RMA visible.
3. If your item arrived to you DOA, please notify us within seven days of purchase so replacement/return can be authorized.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee(except DOA), this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
